In many cases, Complium acts as an agent or project coordinator, arranging and overseeing the delivery of services by third-party providers in line with the Client’s instructions. Complium does not always deliver the services directly but instead manages the process to ensure the Client’s needs are met efficiently. Services may be provided either wholly or in part by Complium itself or through external partners, with Complium serving in an intermediary role where applicable.

Where necessary, Complium may cover third-party fees on behalf of the Client and include these costs in its own invoicing, without itemized disclosure. While Complium takes reasonable care in selecting and coordinating external contractors, it does not supervise their work in detail and cannot be held liable for the actions or performance of third-party service providers.

In situations where the services involve client verification or Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, responsibility for compliance rests with the third-party provider executing the service, in accordance with the relevant legal requirements.
