Our services are designed to be a complete solution for starting a business. Through our partners we offer comprehensive company formation support services in Estonia, Lithuania, and Poland, including ongoing administrative support.
In standard cases the first objective is to map the set requirements for the legal entity to be formed, for example its legal form, the planned shareholding and management structures.
Thereafter our senior consultants provide their recommendations based on the country specifics, commercial law and regulatory aspects.
Upon confirmation of the structure our external lawyers prepare and handle the formalities on your behalf. On average, the company setup takes 2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the shareholding structure.
The set tasks for company formation can be executed with notary public certified Power of Attorney (PoA) from most countries in the world, thus no on-site travel is required in most instances and it is optional.
Depending on the set objectives, we can provide tailor-made and/or ready-made solutions for specific projects, e.g. active VASP license transfers, older company registration dates etc.
We can also support with local employee and/or management sourcing per set criteria as well as with local registered office setup by sourcing whether a virtual or a physical office solution depending on the regulatory requirements.
In some cases we may recommend and support the non-resident to apply for a local digital authentication method (e.g. e-Residency or Trusted Profile) to simplify the on-going administration of the company.
